Saure Zipfel
(bratwurst that's steeped in an onion-/vinegar brew)
Bring 1/2 litre water with 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons suger, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 3 medium-sized onions cut into rings, juniper berries and bay leaves to boil
Add the Nürnberger Rostbratwürste
Boil up shortly, take it from the cooking area and let it steep for 10 minutes
They are delicious with fresh farmhouse bread
