Good and solid Spirelli salad
500g Spirelli or other noodles
150g Jagdwurst ("Hunter's" bologna)
400g mixed pickles
2 pickled cucumbers
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt, pepper, paprika (noble sweet)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Original Nuremberg Rostbratwursts, grilled
500 g Spirelli are cooked tender in saltwater
Afterwards the liquid is cast away and the noodles put in a bowl.
Then roast 150 g Jagdwurst gently and mix it with the noodles. After that add 400 g mixed pickles. Moreover 2 pickled cucumbers are diced and added to the noodles.
Optional you may add some pepper and paprika (noble sweet). Finally, stir on teaspoon mustard and a tablespoon mayonnaise into the salad. Garnish the salad with minced parsley before serving it.
